Cooking Katie's Way

1 cup milk

1 cup water

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

10-12 ice cubes

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend all ingredients together for about 15-30 seconds until smooth.
